All applicants are means tested and are interviewed by Director(s) of Exeter Homes Trust Ltd whose decision is final. To be eligible to apply for an Almshouse, you must be over the age of 55, capable of fully independent living, and of limited financial means. Beneficiaries must have an established connection to the City of Exeter and live within a 15-mile radius of the Guildhall when applying.
