Last year, the Directors (formerly Trustees) consulted with residents regarding the change of name for the Charity. The new name, Exeter Homes Trust, was alighted upon.
Despite undergoing a name change, the Directors remain committed to providing accommodation to our beneficiaries of the very best contemporary standard.
Please also note that Exeter Homes Trust remains as Scheme Number 201530 with the Charity Commission.
Although the name change will have little impact on our residents, it signifies a new and exciting chapter for the organisation.
The Directors’ objective is to future proof Exeter Homes Trust’s accommodation, to make it as sustainable and comfortable as possible, and we hope that Culverland Road and Magdalen Cottages will be models for future improvements, namely Fairpark Road and Atwill Palmer, between now and 2021.
Exeter Homes Trust was officially and publicly launched on the 12th May 2017 in conjunction with the official opening of Magdalen Cottages.
