In May this year, the Directors deliberated and unanimously resolved to impose a universal No Smoking Policy throughout Exeter Homes Trust’s stock of Almshouses and Market Rent properties.
Smoking of both cigarettes and e-cigarettes therefore shall not be permitted within your home or within a distance of 5 metres from any building.
This policy will be effective from 1st October 2017, however, this will affect new beneficiaries immediately.
